Technical Specifications
The location in which the presentation will take place must be equipped with an accessible structure ("I" or "H" beam, anchor plate or anchor ring) with a working load of at least 1200 lbs per aerial fabric or trapeze.
If the presentation takes place outdoors, the organizer must provide a portico, a truss, or another temporary structure capable of supporting a working load of 1200 lbs.
The recommended height of the hanging points is 16 ft for trapeze and 18 ft for aerial fabric. (negotiable)
A radius of 6 ft of unencumbered space is recommended. (negotiable)
The organizer must provide safe access to the anchoring structure ( with either a ladder or hydraulic lift) the day of the load-in/hanging of the aerial equipment, as well as a technician from the location if the installation requires.
Aerial Abby will provide adjustable straps to compensate for ceiling height if needed.
Technical discussions will be held with Aerial Abby, and if it is necessary, a visit to the location can be arranged prior to the presentation.
Performer Requirements
All venues must provide Aerial Abby with a changing and stretching area that is private from the public.
The total cost depends on length, number of performances, and the ceiling height. Additional fees may be applied if travel is required or if customized costumes are requested.
